Their priority was to create a cohesive open-concept home that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living while prioritizing comfort, functionality, and a sophisticated aesthetic for a family friendly home. This was a ground up, new construction project where we specified all materials and furnished and styled the home.

This ground up, new construction home is three stories of modern sophistication in Los Gatos, California. Minimalist silhouettes, textured finishes, and sculptural accents bring a curated elegance, while brushed brass hardware and lighting provide a subtle touch of luxury. Across all rooms, the goal was to maintain cohesion through a palette of neutral tones, clean lines, and refined materials, offering both visual impact and everyday comfort.

This home was once an old carriage house located in Menlo Park, California. The goal of the remodel was to modernize each space while maintaining the charm of its origins and also adding in some color and fun pattern to reflect the homeowners. We collaborated in the beginning stages with the architect to create a new footprint of the home to include designing 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and great room. This project consisted of reimagining the client’s new home by updating the family room, kitchen and dining rooms, media room, laundry room and two bathrooms. We also added all new furnishings and styling for a coastal craftsman look.

The homeowners approached our team to completely furnish and accessorize their new home and make some updates to the paint, lighting, the fireplace, and add custom built-ins. They were so patient and lived in their new home with barely any furniture for months, but the end result was an install day executed to perfection!
