The scope encompassed both interior and exterior environments, including architectural refinements, full interior detailing, custom millwork, material selections, and integrated outdoor living spaces.
The project was conceived to feel expansive yet intimate—balancing scale with warmth and livability. From the pool house cabana and fire feature to the layered interior finishes, every element was thoughtfully aligned to create a cohesive, immersive experience that feels removed from its urban surroundings.
The result is a secluded sanctuary designed for gathering, retreat, and everyday ease—an estate in spirit, quietly tucked within the fabric of the city.
